AI is an optional add-on at $0.35 per resolution. You're only charged when the AI successfully resolves a conversation — handoffs to your team are completely free.
Are there limits on properties or team members?
No. All plans include unlimited properties and unlimited seats. You only scale based on conversation volume.
What counts as an AI resolution?
An AI resolution is when the AI answers a customer's question and the conversation ends without needing a human agent. If the AI hands off to your team at any point, you're not charged.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Your widget will continue to work — we'll never leave your customers hanging. You can upgrade at any time.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No penalties, no contracts.
Do you offer refunds?
